Ocean City Recruitment never sleeps. At the end of the day when your local branch closes, the duty manager has the telephones diverted to them. They are equipped with the available workers rosta, and with the latest computer technology are able to access their local office from virtually anywhere.
At Ocean City Recruitment we can appreciate that when the unforeseen happens it rarely respects office hours. When sudden sickness or a breakdown threatens your delivery schedules we are waiting for your call. Just pick up the phone and call your local branch where the duty manager will deal with your request promptly – remember we are there when you need us, regardless of what time it is. The duty manager can usually give you an answer straight away when you call, and if not we have a maximum of a 15 minute response time!
Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. In order that we can maintain the high standards you would expect from the 24 hour service, we would ask that you direct your accounts and general enquiries to your local branch between 09:00 and 17:00 hours.
